科研项目

研究方向:

1、射频集成电路芯片与微系统

以雷达和通信专用射频微系统作为重点发展方向,包括射频前端电路:低噪声放大器、功率放大器、锁相环系统、混频器、滤波器等,以及高度集成的射频微系统,和射频集成电路的测试与验证。

2、近程射频感知技术

主要研究南理工传统优势研究方向:微波、毫米波近程探测雷达技术,包括复杂雷达波形设计,射频电路与系统,近程雷达探测系统等,着重解决雷达面临的高低温、高精度、抗严苛电磁干扰等难题。

3、微波计算成像技术

针对在国防安全、无损检测、人体安检和医疗诊断方面有重要应用前景的微波成像技术,开展微波计算成像关键技术研究,包括微波随机辐射场生成,超表面波前调制,数字超表面孔径编码等,以及微波计算成像系统搭建和成像原理验证。

4、非接触生命体征雷达技术

主要研究复杂场景下,比如车内,病房内,实现非接触雷达监测人体重要生命体征,如呼吸,心跳等。设计高性能微波生命体征雷达系统,以实现高效、精准、低功耗和低成本的无接触生命体征监测功能。

指导学生情况

本人隶属于近程探测国防重点学科实验室和近程射频感知芯片与微系统教育部重点实验室,目前已指导硕士生毕业生30余人,协助指导博士生4人。目前毕业生主要在华为、朗讯、爱立信等各大通信公司、电子集团,航天集团,船舶集团等研究所、国防相关重要部门,从事硬件设计、开发、应用与研究工作,毕业后待遇和发展前景较为乐观,欢迎本专业或者相近专业优秀学生报考!
