我的团队

本人所在的团队主要围绕着新材料的可控制备、材料基础物性的探索、新原理光电子信息器件的设计以及具有高度智能和极低功耗“类脑计算系统”的集成这四个方面的交叉研究进行布局,团队的研究方向涵盖物理学、光学工程、材料科学、信息科学等方向,具有高度的交叉性,团队目前由4名教授,2名副教授,2名博士,8名硕士组成。
