教学活动

近5年来与团队成员共同承担“材料力学行为”等多门课程教学任务,承担相关教学工作量达460余课时,累计指导本科毕业生19人,科研训练项目24项,工程训练110人次,发表与课程改革和创新人才培养相关教学教改论文4篇,主持学校本科重点“纳米材料与技术全英文专业与课程建设”和研究生重点“基于国际化“大师+大科学装置+科研平台”融合的研究生培养路径与模式”等教改项目6项,主编、参编规划教材3部(主编《材料现代分析技术》、《材料X射线分析技术》、参编《新材料概论》)。获2021年中国十大新锐科技人物(全国仅十人)、江苏省高等学校科学技术研究成果三等奖(排名第一)、2022年教育部自然科学二等奖(排名第二)、江苏省机械工程学会科学技术奖一等奖(排名第五)。获2022年南京理工大学教学成果奖一等奖和二等奖各一项。

指导学生情况

每年招收博士研究生1-2名,硕士研究生3-4名,指导本科毕设2-3名,本科科研训练1-2组。
