本人一直承担本科生《新型碳材料化学》、《薄膜材料》和研究生《薄膜制备技术》课程教学,认真负责,教学效果优,获得学生们的一致好评。同时,开展研究生《现代仪器分析技术-拉曼光谱仪》实验教学工作,完成每年约180名研究生拉曼光谱仪的理论指导和上机培训。
积极指导本科生和研究生科研活动,分别荣获2019年江苏省和校级优秀硕士生论文、2017第二届江苏省科协青年创新项目三等奖和2016年南京理工大学第二十五届“创新杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛三等奖。2012~2016期间担任材料化学专业班导师,主动做好学生政治思想工作,培养和提升学生综合能力,该班同学表现突出,在高数竞赛、数学建模竞赛、化学化工实验竞赛及全国“挑战杯”竞赛中都取得了好成绩。
团队目前共有11人,合作氛围良好,互帮互助,共同进步。
