目前从事的主要研究工作包括半导体纳米材料的化学制备、结构及其性能表征研究;功能材料新制备技术开发;电极材料的合成及其改性等方面的研究。
在研主持项目有国家自然科学基金、教育部高校博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金、自主科研专项重大研究计划、“卓越计划”紫金之星项目、企业横向课题及校基金项目等。
主持中国博士后科学基金、中国科学院王宽诚博士后工作奖励基金、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士学科点基金、江苏省自然科学基金,以及自主科研专项重大研究计划、“卓越计划”紫金之星项目、企业横向课题等项目。参与国家973计划、科技部重大科技项目各一项。 已发表SCI学术论文80余篇,H-index 37,引用超过4200余次。
