课题组聚焦于胶体发光量子点的低成本合成技术、表界面相关的丰富光学特性及应用研究。(1)揭示了钙钛矿量子点表面卤素空位对激子复合动力学的影响机制,提出了表面卤素自钝化效应及原位卤素钝化策略,获得了全光谱范围量子效率接近100%、半高宽接近理论极限的荧光发射,在国际上率先实现了钙钛矿量子点微纳激光器。(2)发展了基于过饱和析晶、非均匀形核等热动力学调控的钙钛矿量子点低成本合成方法。(3)提出了基于三维空间界面重构的钙钛矿量子点发光调控,发展了基于“等效配体”的高稳定钙钛矿量子点合成方法,实现了光稳定性、激光发射热稳定性的大幅度提高。研究成果发表SCI论文50余篇,包括Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem、Nano Lett.等。总引用7800余次(google scholar),H因子33。其中第一(共同第一)及通讯作者论文有15篇入选ESI高被引论文,5篇入选ESI热点论文,单篇引用超过300次5篇。相关成果被NanoWerk等学术媒体评论为“这一突破性进展(breakthrough)”、“有望为量子点电视打开新的大门”。同时也得到了美国科学院院士Alivisatos,ACS Nano副主编Rogach等教授的正面评价。获得了江苏省颗粒学会创新奖特等奖(3/3)、南京市第十二届自然科学优秀学术论文奖优秀奖等。
