工作经历
1998-2000年,中国科学院化工冶金研究所,博士后。2005-2006年,美国康奈尔大学高访(美国李氏基金资助)。2000年至今,中国科学院过程工程研究所,助理研究员、副研究员、研究员;中国科学院绿色过程与工程重点实验室副主任、绿色化学工程研究部主任。2018年至今,中国科学院过程工程研究所,副所长。2016年至今,中国科学院大学,长江学者特聘教授。
教育经历
1989-1993年,南京化工学院,本科生。1993-1998年,南京化工大学,硕博连读(导师:时钧、徐南平)。
获2019年国家科技进步二等奖(芯片用超高纯电子级磷酸及高选择性蚀刻液生产关键技术)、2015年国家技术发明二等奖(含高浓度分散相的搅拌反应器数值放大与混合强化的新技术)、2009年国家自然科学二等奖(多相体系的化学反应工程和反应器的基础研究及应用)。
获2016年何梁何利基金科学与技术创新奖,2014年光华工程科技奖-青年奖(中国工程院)、中国化学会─巴斯夫公司青年知识创新奖,2012年日本化学工学会亚洲研究奖(SCEJ Asia Research Award)、2011年中国青年科技奖。被评为2015年中国科学院先进工作者,2012年全国优秀科技工作者。
2016年入选国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,2015年入选教育部长江学者特聘教授,2013年入选“国家百千万人才工程”国家级人选、科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”,2010年获国家杰出青年科学基金。
